Romance : This collection was created to address a trending style in today's market while adding some transitional feel by bowing the inset drawers. Use of the slats in the center of the drawer and hardware to match the slats creates a uniform design element. Slat look is carried through to the accents on the mirror as well as the beds. The panel bed uses the middle slat look of the cases to have a suited option. Cases and beds are on metal legs to modernize the collection. This collection features Sherwin-Williams finish on Poplar solids and veneers to emphasize the glued up look and accentuate the grain characteristics.

Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.
Once the product has been used / installed by the user, it will not be eligible to return.
Product Arrives Damaged
When a product is being delivered, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and email us to arrange for a replacement part. If the item is unusable, you should also keep the item. Damaged items will receive a full refund or exchange at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.

You Changed Your Mind
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to determine if your order can be canceled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This full refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.
A restocking fee will apply, starting at 40% of the purchase price for any item returned out of the factory-sealed packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. The company reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product. Any restocking charge will be taken out of any refund due.
Return Requirements
In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.
